What is the Heptathlon?
In the heptathlon you compete in 7 track and field events over 2 days and the winner is the person with the most points.
Day 1: 100mH, High Jump, Shot Put, 200m
Day 2: Long Jump, Javelin, 800m
The goal is to perform your best in each event and then you get a points score based on performance. In training, the goal is always to improve and become consistent across all the disciplines.
